Having begun his ServiceNow journey with the Dublin release, and with extensive prior experience working with platforms such as Salesforce and Remedy, James possesses a deep understanding of diverse technologies and operational roles. This breadth of expertise enables him to quickly assess client needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Jenna serves on the Board of Directors for Charleston Women in Tech (CHSWIT) whose mission is to connect, support and prepare women of all ages for a career in technology. Praveen Gopu is the service management tribe lead at Equitable and is responsible for IT service management, IT asset management (hardware and software), IT operations management, Customer Service Management, and automation functions that support all lines of business.
